I’m very disappointed in this visit. The salon opened at 12pm and I was the first customer. I wanted a pedicure & dip refill what I get all the time. Okay while I was getting my pedicure I should have been soaking my nails. Instead after my plain pedicure was done that’s when they wanted me to soak. Heck no so I can sit there for an additional 30 minutes to soak so you can take other people ahead of me! I always get designs on me feet & nails but instead I was basically rushed. I just paid for very plain pedicure and walked out. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Try giving your customers quality & not half behind service! Especially for your regular customers!

They did work with me tho and I am coming back.ijs (edit few hours later) I tried to overlook the miss matched set.the 1 shown is the good 1. I could not. Critical: ProfessionalismEveryone in this establishment EXCEPT Daniel sucks. Daniel is always top notch. Everyone else is beyond unprofessional and take 4-5 people before you just because they don’t wanna take your old polish/acrylic off. Laziness at its best. I’ve been sitting in the chair for service for over an hour and 2 nail techs have come and put their tools down to assist me then got all of their stuff and got up and left to help someone else who had a more simple task. Everyone else is beyond unprofessional and take 4-5 people before you just because they don’t wanna take your old polish/acrylic off. Laziness at its best. Critical: Quality, Valuethe place is good for acrylics, when i used to get them i went to daniel, he’s the best in my opinion! but the gel manicure i got recently was horrible.. it started to chip within days, the pain job was just over all terrible.. and i got a pedicure too, it wasn’t as bad, it was more neat, but one of my toes started to chip.. i dont really do anything for this to happen. i was actually being extra careful because i needed my nails to look nice for an event i had.. but sadly it was just a poorly done job..
