While I always enjoy having my nails done, or a pedi, today I had Vanessa. I’d never met her before.. She is AMAZING! She was very patient and helped me pick colors that looked good together and she took her time throughout the entire process. She never rushed me once, granted they weren’t too busy when I first walked in.. But, the people here have always been very friendly!! Today, I felt she just went above and beyond! Uh I understand i didn’t have a appointment. But if I wish I was just rescheduled, She didn’t put lotion on my feet and used the same dirty towel that had cuticles on it to dry my legs and feet.. Her husband did good so I tipped him. I was supposed to be charged 40 for my feet and got charged 48 so its w.e but not going back again. I used to go here but now I’m good.

I also showed her a picture and the polish I wanted. It was matte black with one black glitter, and one design that was a spider web. She never said a word. I asked can you do the design she maybe someone there could. Well after seeing how she was shaping my nails. I change the polish to a simple polish. I asked her to if one nail that looked horrible ,but she just looked at it filed on the side that didn’t look bad. My nails look like a kid did them. We went here with a friend who had received a gift card. I told the lady I wanted almond shape. She said she could do them. I also showed her a picture and the polish I wanted. I have went to this place about 3 times now in the past month and a half. I have found the experience to be very good. The place might not seem as professional as other places but I really like it. The whole salon will join in if you tell a joke, switch around who’s doing your nails. And due to this I feel like I’m getting to know the people I am around at least twice a month. If it’s a little busier sometimes they get a little stressed but it’s nothing you can’t handle without a little smile and how’s your day. The nails are always great and last a while.
