Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFull set of acrylics with gel polish is supposed to last at LEAST 2 weeks right? And not pop off after a couple days like a cheap pair of Claire’s stick on nail. Oh did I mention it was 50 dollars for a regular shmegular set. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

They did a nice job. The lady who did my nails was very pleasant and I would absolutely go back!

The first time I went there I loved my nails, today was a different story. The guy was distracted by his phone the whole time. My nails are all different shapes. The paint job is terrible. I got outside in the light and I cried. I am at home filing them into the right shapes myself. I have chewed up skin all around my nails. So much for treating myself today. Caused more stress.

Not satisfied at all. Went to get a full gel set. Well I got cut 3 times and bled and they did not even apologize. My nails are uneven, there are bumpy and very thick. Also my whole nail isn’t even painted; they missed spots. Not worth 45 bucks. Will never go there again and will never recommend them.

Critical: QualityI had a small guy do my nails. And they were horrible un even and horrible bumpy thin thick bad polish job. Never again. I also feel like I was either ripped off or they went up in price. Since when is it 50 for a full set? It was It was 25 before and 35 for gel polish!!! They are not worth the price!!! Horrible!!

Would not recommend. I went in for an eyebrow wax. I told the lady that I wanted them thinned out. She scoffed at me and said “no, thicker is better.” After I politely told her no, I wanted them thinned out, she raised her voice and told me she was going to make my eyebrows thick like hers.

i would never recommend this place. the lady did my fill within 5 minutes. rushed so much and wasn’t even filled all the way to my cuticle. i told her i wasn’t satisfied and she redid them a second time. the second time she painted my nails with so many coats it was so goopy, even after drying my nails under the dryer they smudged. have to go get my nails redone. $25 down the drain. (paid with tip before painted as she said was necessary) so disappointed!!

Critical: QualityI’ve gone to this salon many times. The first time was great and the tech was very accommodating and did everything I asked/wanted. The second time, I went to a different nail tech because the first tech was not there. The new tech (sunny) was fine and was also accommodating. The third time, I was getting a new set of acrylic but had a different nail tech. This tech had to reapply my pinky nail 3 separate times because it was crooked. On the third time, he gave up and just decided to leave me with a crooked nail. Then instead of cutting down the sides of my nails to a coffin shape he applied the acrylic. Leaving my nails square. The acrylic was unevenly applied and the tip of my nail was thicker than the back and I had pieces of acrylic hanging off every hail. Then when I said something he asked how I suggested him to fix it. I told him to just file and buff it down but instead he added even more acrylic. Making my nails really really thick. I then told him they were too thick and that he needed to file/buff them down and instead of fixing it, he gives me to Sunny. Sunny fixed all of the problems but still left them thick and kind of rushed through my manicure. I went back the next day to talk to the manager about how thick my nails were and I had asked her to go thin on the shape as well but she refused to do so because my nails were too short? They’re about medium length. She still refused to go thin on the shape but did fix the thickness of my acrylic. Two weeks ago, I came back in for a fill and I had my original guy (I never learned his name) and he sat there and spent about an hour and a half on my nails (they had started to lift because I accidentally slammed them in between a door) just fixing and correcting my problem areas. Then he filed and shaped my nails how I wanted with no issues (probably the best job I’ve gotten done while going to this salon).Today, I went in for another fill before I go to NYC a this weekend to see my boyfriend. The manager was my nail tech. After having been to this salon and having complained twice about the thickness and how I want my nails (she also does my mothers nails so she knows what we both want) you would think she would know what I want. At first everything was going good then I thought the acrylic was too thick on one nail but it wasn’t. I left it alone and let her continue on (Keep in mind the shape was how I wanted it and was a nice coffin shape and as thin as I like it). After she finished, I noticed how thick my nails actually were. They are chunky and rectangular, having been around the block with them before, I left it alone and was just going to have a different nail tech at a different salon fix them. Then I started noticing how many polish was chipping and peeling up from how much nail polish she put on. So now I have thick and chunky nails (they look like Moto Moto) that aren’t even solid.I’ve gone to this salon many times.
