The lady that did my nails act as if she didnt want to be bothered. I showed her a picture of what i wanted (see pic) just different colors. She just looked at me like i was crazy so i told her if she didn’t have any of the other stones then we can do the spike looking ones and the glitter nails. I didn’t like that i had to tell her how to do my nails. Ex: i had to let her know to not put the teal on the nail with the stones because i want it to look like the picture. I the picture of what i wanted you can see there isn’t any gaps between the stone. I have alot of gaps that i know could have been filled in with tiny stones. On one nail the gap was so big i had to tell her to put a stone there. I settled for the nails because I had to go but I didn’t like them nor her. She even complained about how long it took for her to do. Like I’m confused im paying you to do a job your supposed to be specialized in but I had to tell you how to do it. But shes complaining about the time it took for her to go it. Last issue with the nails is 2 stones came out on one nail the next day and today (day 3) one came out on the other hand. So yeah I almost didnt tip but I’m a firm believer of tips so I gave her $15. I normally tip $30+ when i love my nails and the place has good customer service. This place was not it for me. Oh and she rushed my eyebrows I just fixed the problems myself because when I point out thing that needed to be fix she had an attitude about it. They also ony have one option for a manicure. She tried to talk me out of the manicure. I was so confused by this. Im adding on things to pay you for but you want to talk me out of it. Im a truck driver im holding a steering wheel 10hrs a day so yes when I get my nails done i want the manicure with it for the massage. I don’t know I’m lost about the whole situation. Would not recommend. The best thing about the place is the decor.

I went to Candy because I seen so many amazing reviews on her work and detail to artwork. Let me tell you, she is absolutely amazing!!! They are great!!! The don’t rush trying to get more and more people, they make sure you’re satisfied, great customer service, strong and lasting nails my lasted a Month before i went back for re-fill no nail came off. I love this place i drive 40 min just so that i get the service I’m paying for ❤️

Love them, they did what I asked they took their time. They made sure the shape was nice and I was happy with it before moving on to the rest of the hand. $20 for a refill , and $30 for a set is great , especially considering they took their time didn’t rush and made sure you were happy with their service! <3

The service was great and the girls were so nice. Mia and Candy are both so kind and had great customer service skills. Every time I go to LA Nails, the service is amazing and wait times are short. The space is also very clean and well decorated. They also provide entertainment via a TV or through just talking to you. I’ve had everyone there do my nails and they always turn out AMAZING! The owner is always nice and welcoming while his staff remembers who you are and says hi. Candy is known to provide amazing service with masterpieces on your nails. I am a frequent customer and have 3 friends that go regularly and always leave feeling great. 10/10!
