I went in to get my nails done as a birthday present to myself. I selected a very pretty pink glitter (shown in image) and wanted it only on the tip. She did a PHENOMENAL job on my nails. Aside from the fact that she did not treat my cuticles, she used a brown base and now you cannot even see the pink glitter… not even a pink base or white base….. AND she only did one layer of the glitter. At least a second or third coat would’ve helped the glitter to show up better. I spent $70 of my birthday money (and I only get my nails done once a year on my birthday) just to get fall colored brown nails for New Years… I’m so disappointed. Don’t get me wrong. They are still very pretty. But they are nowhere near close to the image I showed her, or the sample that I literally selected from their color selector.

Went here to get a gel pedi ($40) and will not be returning. First, the lady doing my toes did not open a new pack of tools so I’m not even sure if they were new and clean or being re-used from some previous customer. Second, she didn’t even really speak to me the entire time, maybe a word or two. She was sweet to my toddler though who had gotten her nails painted only. Third, I was honestly ok with the experience until the toe separator they use while painting your toes got PUT BACK IN THE DRAWER to likely be re-used for another customer. Eww. Lastly, if you’re like me and get a pedicure for the massage portion, definitely don’t bother. It was disappointing to say the least and it was basically just her rubbing lotion on my legs but trying to make it look like she was doing more. No thanks. Oh and a good solid reason not to return is there are nail clippings all over the floor. I mean, I understand they are constantly clipping nails but I feel like that is something that should be taken care if after each customer and not allowed to accumulate.

I had a nail break and I had no other option but to go here. the woman rushed and was super sloppy, didn’t take the nail polish all the way off, so when she put the new color on, you could see the color under. she got nail polish al over my arm somehow and barely got it off. it was 15 dollars for a nail fix and paint… ridiculous. ALSO! they denied a woman’s service an hour before the closed, and it was only a manicure! they sit there and get paid for doing absolutely nothing.

Went in for a manicure because one of my friends was going in to get their nails done. The lady was nice but the whole interaction felt rushed rather than thorough. The color selection of polishes and gel was sort of sub par. My nails weren’t painted fully and she only painted a few layers so my nails started chipping very quickly. The quality of service wasn’t worth the price imo and I left feeling unsatisfied. I’ll stick my usual nail salon from now on. Fashion Nails in New Cumberland does a phenomenal job if you’re looking for high quality nail service and super friendly staff.

THEEEE WORST $50 IVE EVER SPENT ON A PEDICURE. The woman cut the whole side of my toenail when it WASNT EVEN INGROWN and now I have to deal with the pain of it growing out for at least 6 months. She PRENTENDED to file and cut my nails when I said shorter. Literally such a waste of time. Pedicure
