The first time I got my nails done I was very impressed. 2 Ms time I was assured the other lady would do just as good of a job. NOT AT ALL. My nails were chipping off, my polish looked horrible all within the same week of getting them done. I spoke with the owner who claimed she would make things right and she charges me the same $50 price for a full set and claims she gave me a $20 discount. Idk where in the hell it cost $70 for a full set but since they do here, I won’t ever return. Appointments take forever as well

Went for a gel manicure and pedicure it was amazing they took there time with me I didn’t feel rushed at all definitely would recommend. I was a little nervous to go because of old reviews but they are under new management and all technicians are awesome!

New management is rude and unsanitary. They use the same nail files on everyone. They have unlicensed workers. The girl doing pedicures is 17 and goes to the local high school with my child. This place needs to be investigated.

I will never return to this place AGAIN ! PLEASE take my advice and do not go, bit if you do please god please do not go to the man in there with glasses. He is horrible. I walked in asked for a Spa Pedicure, and was given a regular pedicure. Polish was all over my toes, and horribly lumpy on my nails. Went on to get a full set and the man made EVERY NAIL CROOKED!! I am not being dramatic at all. The nails were crooked, filed uneven, and not snapped how I asked. I expressed my concerns and he said it looked how I asked. Then he attempted to do French and the lines were beyond CROOKED. He attempted 3 times, before I told him removed the polish and put clear. Today makes day 3 and my thumb nail is broken already. Please do not go, they do not care if you express a concern, or have a complaint. Wish I could upload pics.

Me and my girlfriend went for a pedicure and they were understaffed the owner was rude and giving us a hard time, the wait was insane and when I finally do sit down and they’re soaking my feet I look down and down and there’s a cockroach in the water for the pedicure!! Absolutely disgusted!! Will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else

Horrible, my nails came out crooked, uneven and WAY too thick. One hand has a glossy finish while the other has a matte finish.
