Recently moved to Norwalk. 1st visit was good. 2nd, 3rd, even 4th visit got worse. I think I went about 6 or 8 times total, hoping the experience would get better and giving them the benefit of a doubt. I was able to use my debitcard for pmt on 1st visit. THEN told to use an ATM kiosk in their shop to pay with fee. It’s “only $1.00 fee,” they say, not considering I also have a fee from my bank. The owner isn’t too friendly or doesn’t care much about customer service. It really shows. When I pay, she makes it a point to remind me about the tips (DUH!) and how many people helped me? SO? It’s my choice to give a tip and for whatever amount I want. (My thoughts). Yet, she doesn’t think about the ATM fee I have to pay cause she only takes cash. THIS is my greatest disappointment. But the experience with the nail technicians have been good. But, the last few visit I had to have full sets done TWICE within 4 weeks because the acrylic came loose by the 2nd week and while taking off the loose ones (3), the nail tech literally ripped one of my nails off it started bleeding. This has never EVER happened to me after doing nails for over 15 years. One of the sets was practically still new, the tech started removing all of it after being told a few times by me NOT to, only remove what was loose which was about 3, causing me to pay for another full set. I think it was a language barrier. Another issue because they just nod in agreement when you talk to them, only to realize later they understood nothing you said. Time to look elsewhere.

It was the first time I been here it was a last minute birthday nails and it was great thankfully I went at a time that it was slow cause a lot of people showed up .. the nail technician was clean and smooth .. I showed him the way I wanted my nailed shaped and he did it which I was very pleased but what was more wonderful is that I didn’t get any bumps or inflammation near my back bed due to the IV light ! But does sucks that I didn’t get offered a complementary drink but other than that service was great , comfortable and I will definitely come back !

Worst experience I have had doing my nails for more than 20 years. The guy since I walked in before 5pm already wanted to go home and he scared some customers into not doing their nails. He left a mess on mine, bumpy and uneven. These pics were after I was scrubbing them out. I will NEVER come here again. The last picture is what I wanted
