I saw this place few weeks ago. Decided to give it a shot. Afterall, the gentleman at the front assured me they knew how to do dip. Well…It’s safe to say he lied. My nails don’t even come close to the color I picked. I knew the nail tech did not know how to do dip as soon as he started to apply it. Nonetheless, i decided to not jump the gun and allow him to finish. It didn’t make a difference. They also did not honor the 10% discount for being a new customer and were charging me extra for removing the dip I had. Smh. Safe to say I would never go back again or refer someone to them. I threw my 80 dollars in the trash. Pedicure came out okay, but I had to remind them to apply polish on my nails. And I hate to say this, but neither of the nail techs spoke good English and couldn’t understand what saying. My experience was horrible.

The lady is really nice I feel bad for having to leave a bad review but for the girls out there trying to find a good nail spot at reasonable price this ain’t it I asked for coffen nails and I had really long nails and asked for her to just trim them a little now they look short and chubby and she cut me and the color I asked for ain’t the color she gave me but I didn’t even want her to fix them I just wanted to leave also I called before hand and said I needed a full set medium length and gel she told me $35 and I said full set cause I had 3 broken and one nail that was about to break she told me when I got there it was going to end up being a fill so I figured maybe a little cheaper nope I got charged $40 still not bad but not the price they tell you I’m taking my business else where I would rather pay more somewhere else because at least I know they will get done right

This place ain’t it. They only got one nail tech the guy, cause Liz is never around. And he don’t get there till 1pm but they always say he is busy and come back 3 hrs later, when he only has one person in there getting their nails done. I’m only writing this, because they did this to me a couple times and definitely not coming back anymore.

They are super sweet! And they do a very good job. Pedicure is delicious. I’ve been there twice and both times my pedi was super relaxing. I got my nails done as well, and I must tell you, I loved them! I bite my nails and they all looked amazing and lasted in perfect condition until my refill.

I am new to Downey and was looking for a new place to have my nails done. I have acrylics. I was in the mall and went into the shop to ask about prices on a fill. I did not see the price list posting as it was behind me. The man was very nice and when he looked at me he asked me to hold on a second that I needed to talk to someone else. He introduced me to a sitting woman. I smiled as she looked at me up and down, she then said these exact words, “For you, $35” . I thought that was a bit high for an acrylic fill. On my way out I noticed the price list. Acrylic nails start at $20. I know it says “starts at $20” but, what is the difference between my regular acrylic fill for $35 and the $20? So, I asked and she just looked at me and said one more time “For YOU $35”. I still was not sure I understood her correctly, it was a little busy, so maybe I didn’t hear it clearly. So I decided to call when I got home. A woman on the other end told me $20 but, I would have to come in for her to see them. I’m not sure what needs to be seen. What I am sure of is that they will NOT be seeing me again. I found a place that is fair priced and does not charge you based on your looks.

Horrible service. I was seated right away but was not spoken to for 10 minutes. I came in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The technician who I believe is the manager/owner convinced me to do acrylic since I bite my natural nails and I agreed. She started doing my acrylic nails and they were staring to look really good until another client walked in wanting a manicure and she started speeding up the process. Leaving some of my nails really chunky. She put gel nail polish over the acrylic, weird, then put gel nail polish all over my cuticles. I went to get my pedicure and asked her if she could file down some of the excess gel but she said it’s how everyone asks for their nails to look. I proceeded to ask her to remove it to which she started speaking in her native language to another worker. She was rude and they tried to over charge me! Almost 20 dollars more than what I was quoted. They don’t care about the client in their chair as soon as another client walks in.
