I had just got off work at bath and body works and decided to get my nails for vacation. I explained to the guy nail tech what I wanted while showing a picture of what I wanted. It seemed like he didn’t understand. I explained exactly what I wanted 10 times what I wanted and my nails still came out all wrong. It seems as if they’re only fit to do basic nails and not designs. Other than that they were all really friendly.

I love this salon! All the staff are warm and welcoming, but Mr. Tommy is the absolute best! He’s incredibly caring and pays attention to detail. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares for his customers! I would happily wait an hour or more for him (I didn’t have to wait, just saying he is worth the wait if there are people ahead of you). I made the mistake of seeking out similar services from their competitors, I won’t make that mistake again! If you want a full service experience from people that care about you and care about their work LA Nail Salon is the place for you!

My mom and I have been starting to find good nail salons to have girl day out once a month. We first started to call this place to check out there prices. The guy who answered the phone was hard to understand. We kept asking him to repeat it so we can understand. He ended up getting angry at us…..rude. Then I was up at Juban Crossing to see about the pricing. I tried ask for a list of prices and all kept screaming at me that we are closed. They are not nice to the customers. I am going recommend no one go to this salon.

I went last week for a full set. He trimmed my cuticles with the electric nail file too far back. I have a couple of small cuts on my fingers. And one of my fingers is now infected and swollen. They were so so nice so i wanted to like them

Critical: Quality, ValueI moved here from Atlanta, Georgia. This is the second nail salon I have been to that was way over priced and very poor quality of work. I treated my Mom here for a spa pedicure for $52 each!! Not only did the male nail technician cut two of my cuticles where I started bleeding, he burnt my right leg with the hot towel…ouch. Even after this I left noticing that one of my toe nails was smeared from the polish where he tried to “fix it” and my left pinky toe nail was cut awkwardly crooked. This was not a good experience. I moved here from Atlanta, Georgia. This is the second nail salon I have been to that was way over priced and very poor quality of work. I treated my Mom here for a spa pedicure for $52 each!!
