This was my first time visiting this location. The customer service was excellent and my nail technician Liam did an awesome job on my nails. I loved that he cared about doing my nails the way I like them. He perfected my nails, and they look astounding. Thank you Liam you truly paid attention to details and was very professional. I will return to this shop, it was clean, organized, and very friendly.

Horrible.. paid $105 for nails. They charged me for arcylic nails when I got powder nails, she got clear coat on the powder nails so they look a mess. Then she sat me down I thought she was going to clean around my nails nope she took pictures instead! Then charged me $5 for long length nails for nails that aren’t long never have I paid this much for nails let alone have nails that look this bad.. don’t recommend going here

I got nails put on by them and got one refill 2 weeks ago I come in again today for another refill and get told they can’t do the refill because whoever put the nails on didn’t put enough glue …. I’m like that doesn’t even make sense! If it’s you guys error then why should I have to pay to get them taken off which is an inconvenience for me and my time when I’m spending money at your high priced nail shop. The service was horrible!!!!!!!! Took my wife to get a pedicure. She was rushed and the polish started peeling off. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Please listen to the reviews. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE……first customer service is horrible. When I walked in (with an appointment) no one said anything to me for a good 10mins. When I told the young man I had an appointment he still asked me what I was getting done he didn’t even look in his computer to see what I was coming in for. I had my nails dipped and after a few days they started coming apart from my regular nails. By the weekend my dipped nail came off. Then by Tuesday (which was a week after I got my nails done) all of my dipped nails came off. I contacted LA Nail Spa and the young lady picked up the phone I explained what was going on. She said that they had a 3 day policy which I asked where is that said. She said its on there brochures I asked what about online and she said she hasn’t been on there online. I got in contact with the owner explained to him what was happening. Yes, he did say that he will have someone fix it but honestly I thought about it and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. I don’t recommend this place

Don’t bother coming here any service they do is rushed I got a pedicure to get the calluses off the bottom of my feet my feet were still rough after the fact and they are always trying to get you to get other stuff done I got a wax and the lady did it like five minutes than rubbed alcohol on my face smh ♀️

$120 for a full set/pedicure that didn’t last 1 week. She roughly cut the back of both of my heels utilizing a cheese grater- not a callus/heel file. Worse, she said they’re not bleeding bad. Gel polish coats weren’t enough, can see through the polish. Don’t waste your money here!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First off they too high for poor customer service. They talk to each other the whole time so the experience is not relaxing. Tiffany has a terrible attitude and doesn’t want to be asked any questions. She gets offended if you have an appointment and ask how long but blew my phone up for being 5 minutes late. Please stop patronizing this shop because they act like they doing you a favor. So many more professional nail shops with affordable prices so don’t go here!! They won’t get not one more of my coins..oh and service mediocre. I had so much skin left on my nails and paid $37..poor quality..poor service
