I was very impressed with the quality of work that Kristen does. She gave me one of the best sets of nails that I’ve had done in a local salon in quite some time they were shaped perfectly smooth, and she is a perfectionist with her paint, especially! I will definitely be a returning client for her. I’m excited to see what she is capable of doing with the challenging nails that I sometimes want. Lol.

After reading the reviews, I had high expectations of this business. However, good customer service was not what I received. When I walked in the door, I was told that the owner could squeeze me in. I thanked him and picked out my color while he finished with another client. After she was finished, he told me to go sit at his station. The first thing he said to me was “I wish you would have told me you had dip powder and I would have been stripping your nails while you waited. Geez.” So, that was my fault, I suppose. Then when he began, he continuously put my hand down or stopped what he was doing to text, make phone calls, and then randomly got up to change all of the trash bags in the shop. When I told him the colors I wanted, he told me he did not have time and I needed to pick only one. The application was very poor and when I asked him about it, he said “it will look better after it dries.” It did not. When another woman walked in, he told her to sit and he would be with her shortly. After he finished one of my hands, he told the woman “I’m so sorry about this” and then gestures to me. So on top of the unprofessional owner and horrible dip application I received, he did not wait to make sure my nails were dry and offer me cuticle oil. I had to ask for that. I did not have a pleasant experience and due to the lack of professionalism and respect from the owner, I will not be returning and reporting this to the BBB. Good luck to those that try it out!
