Went in today and was thrown off guard with the new changes and employees. However, Philip did an amazing job!!! He engaged with me and asked my questions to help me figure out what I wanted. I truly appreciate that as I have never had that experience before. Thank you so much Philip! A month later I did not have a good experience. My nails did not turn out at all and our non consistent with each other. More important thought is the minute Phillip remembered me I was grilled about my review and why I didn’t give 5 stars. Not that he wanted to know why just really wanted the 5 stars. I will not be going back here which really makes me mad cause I have been going there for over a year. I want Don, Sandy, and Julie back. Cause I will not continue to go there anymore if I’m gonna get constantly questioned about my review. For the $100 I paid for my nails they should be way better. And my daughters nails were NOT good either for the $70 she paid for them. Chilling in less then a week and look like something my 13 year old could have done way better

Highly recommend. The new owners have done a outstanding job making inside look amazing. Extremely friendly on the phone when I called to schedule my appointment, greeted me as soon as I walked in. Tons of color choices. The gentleman that did my nails did a great job and was extremely polite and took his time. Highly recommend to anyone who has a busy schedule and dosent want to spend over a hour getting their nails done, but still get quality work. Quick work but an extremely well job.

So I walked in and it was like walking into a brand new luxury salon with fresh new faces. Everything was different and new. You could feel the good energy. I was immediately greeted and my daughter and I were seated right away. They went above and beyond to give us what we wanted and more. I’ve never seen my daughter smile so much. Sam did my nails and he was super friendly and very personable. He did an amazing job. He matched the picture I showed him perfect. They were all very talkative which made me more comfortable and he even gave me a back story on how they just moved here and are taking things over. I look forward to continuing to go there and I’m even more excited to bring new designs for them to match. I definitely recommend!!!

My experience wasn’t great. My nails are terrible with bubbles, weak spots, they’re uneven and there’s not enough polish, which makes them gray instead of black. With as much as it costs to have them done, I expect them to be done better than this.

All of the prices marked on the website are incorrect. She did amazing, very fast and I love my nails. But the prices not the same. I wasn’t expecting it to be so expensive, and when I asked him he just said the price again and didn’t really listen. I would recommend going, but call ahead to be sure about pricing. Every single thing is more expensive.
