Critical: QualityUsually they do a good job, but just got a gel manicure and there’s something wrong with the lamps or the polish which made the top coat recede and form weird clumpy waves. The technician seemed to think this was perfectly normal and fine, so guess I’ll have to go somewhere else for a re-do. Bummer.

Nicest staff I have ever met! You know how sometimes at nail places they can seem irritated to have to take care of you? These ladies were all smiles, and customer service. They gave a wonderful mani pedi without rushing even though it was late and even offered designs to the kids without having to be asked. One of the chairs did not work and they relocated my husband to a different chair and started the water over in a different place. They truly wanted us to have the best experience. They have gained a customer for life! Give this place a try – you will not be disappointed.

Poor technique. Went for gel manicure, while the paint itself is fine, the woman cleaned her equipment with some spray bottle that she also used to prep my nails so not sure what was in the mystery bottle. No towel down. She used her nails to clean the edges of my nails – which most didn’t come off – the clear polish is hardened all around my nails so have to pick that off. Unfortunate.
