Went in around 5:30, they close at 6 and didn’t get out until 7:00. First of all, I had a new guy that was very young and didn’t know at all how to use the tools. He used the sides of a file (where there is no file material) and also left dents into my real nail from not properly using the electric filer. My nails were rugged and not even after he “shaped” them. Very upset with this place. It shouldn’t take an hour and a half to remove gel polish. Will not be coming back. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their business

I got a full set yesterday, and they look like I’ve had them for a week already. Didn’t bring the paint all the way down my nail. Didn’t even glue the tip all the way done to my nail. So I figure these are barely gonna last a week.

Horrible nail salon. Rude people. Dont know how to apply gel polish. Dont stand behind their work. You can get a much better manicure / pedicure for the same price or less elsewhere. Dont waste your time or money. The rude woman who owns the place should not assume everyone is trying to RIP her off. By doing so she’s ripping her customers (or the unfortunate unfamiliar walkin) off.
