Horrible experience.. my nails are thick and when I asked for them to be fixed they told me they could not make them any thinner or they would break. I also wanted them longer. I wasn’t asked what length to begin with and when I said a little shorter she took a lot off. Nail art also had to be fixed and is still a little off. I asked for matte nails and she did not cover all of my nail with the topcoat. You can see shiny polish showing through. I have gel and acrylic stuck to my fingers and hands. I’m mostly upset because I asked for things to be fixed and they were not.. I was expecting better. (Nails by May)

Lady was a bit rude to me, which is fine, but my nails are trash. My nails are bumpy and poorly painted. On top of that, half my nails were glued to my skin. If that’s not bad enough, one of my nails top coat peeled off and got wet black gel on me. It wasn’t cured enough. This is very unprofessional and now I’m regretting tipping her the same amount as the actual service. I’m very upset.

The staff is very polite and professional. Whenever getting my nails done any other place I’ve ever went to they didn’t worry about if the nail was crooked or there was bubbles in the Polish or really anything was messed up they were always just in a rush to get me they were always just in a rush to get me in and out. Today when I got my nails done she redid two of them because they were crooked she noticed the mistake and cared enough to fix it so that my nails looked good when I left VERY PLEASED!

Went in wanting acrylics, and when I asked for a price range she wouldn’t tell me anything until after I already had nails on and she was working on them. She was very aggressive, yanking my hands everywhere and whatnot, which didn’t even help her because she STILL cut them severely uneven. She drilled deep into my real nails, leaving deep cuts in my real nails. My nails started to fall off at the one week mark. She mispainted one of the nails, (had a specific design), and didn’t care to try to fix her own mistake and just said “oh well, you are okay with it.” and kept working. Not to mention that one of the designs was severely off-center and noticeably so. I left the salon with 55 dollars less, a messed up design, and clumpy polish on my nails. I’m glad they fell off a week later but not glad that I wasted my $55. Never going back again and I recommend to not go here if you want your nails to look presentable.
