Wow … I’m actually shocked at what just happened. I WOULD NOT use This Nail Salon. I just moved to Highlands from out of town. I was looking for a new Nail salon to use. I normally get either SNS or solar nails ( I like them clear natural looking) Sometimes I have on paint Polish over them when I feel like I color. Well I was just calling to inquire. The guy on the phone acted like he did not understand what I wanted….( Natural SNS OR solar) I tried to explain what I wanted … Well he screamed we don’t have, we don’t have, we don’t have! Then hung up the phone in my face!!! Really ? That’s NOT good Customer service! Not getting my business!!! And no he didnt call me back. La Mour Nails lost… I ALWAYS tip well and I get a lot done. Fill, color change, cut down, Pedicure, eyebrow waxing.
