THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. I AM IN TEARS, I went in for a TRIM. This lady CHOPPED my hair off, she showed me she was going to cut only half an inch. SHE CUT MORE THAN TWO INCHES OFF. And did a HORRIBLE JOB. If I could give less than one star I would.
