After being told my appointment was canceled by another Rochester salon… who shall not be named. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE… They took me in like a wet dog. Agnes was sent down from above. Not only did I feel the immense trust when I sat with her, she continued to start and finish me while working on another client at the same time. She has got SKILL. Combining two colors to make sure we got the perfect shade on my roots. Staying late to give me the perfect blowout for a night out and only cutting off the dead ends no more than I asked.
