Critical: QualityUnfortunately my manicure today was subpar. I get gel mani’s frequently and my mother booked this appointment at La Luna as a gift. The nail tech was rushed throughout the whole appointment and, in spite the fact she boasted 30 years experience, she appeared to be unfamiliar with gel manicures. She painted over the cuticle, left air bubbles in the polish, and there were obvious defects in the polish. After I asked her to fix one defect she was very rushed and was not very willing to fix the defect. Unfortunately my manicure today was subpar. I get gel mani’s frequently and my mother booked this appointment at La Luna as a gift. The nail tech was rushed throughout the whole appointment and, in spite the fact she boasted 30 years experience, she appeared to be unfamiliar with gel manicures. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went there about a month ago and they had put me with a guy that they said has been doing hair for “18 years” but clearly didn’t because he did an AWFUL job on my hair! Once he was done they said he was new at the salon which is no excuse what so ever. He left me with 3 different colors and a botch hair cut and was very rough with my head. When he cut my hair he took big chunks and just cut wherever. I went there about a month ago and they had put me with a guy that they said has been doing hair for “18 years” but clearly didn’t because he did an AWFUL job on my hair!
