I walked in with very long hair that just needed a trim. The stylist asked if he could do long layers. I said yes, have fun, but reiterated that my biggest concern was just cleaning up the ends. The cut I received was extremely choppy and uneven. What had been all one length, reaching to the bottom of my back is now bluntly cut just past shoulder length, then mid back on ONE side, and still long for part of it. It’s like a female mullet, only worse. Instead of compliments, people are asking me what happened to my hair. I called today to have the situation fixed and was told by the receptionist that the stylist, Gustavo, wouldn’t be back til Tuesday, and I could come in then and discuss the price to fix it, (PRICE TO FIX IT?!) and there was no one else available to help me before then. I called back an hour later, to see if someone could fix this mess, mentioning the negative comments I’ve been getting, the party I didn’t go to yesterday and the one I’m supposed to go to tonight, where more people will be asking me what happened to your hair. Nothing available til Tuesday. I’ll be sure to tell everyone who asks. The worst part of this whole thing is, because of the horrible choppy layers, my only option now is to cut off everything below the shortest layer he cut, just below my shoulders… SHORT.
