Critical: ProfessionalismNot happy. My 13 yr old granddaughter walked in and got her hair cut and colored half and half without my permission and I had to pay 125 dollars!! Can a minor walk in and do that without them talking with a parent or money in hand??Services: Hair coloring, Haircut
