Derek has been coloring my hair for almost a decade. I will follow him to any salon because he is a master! Coloring has always been an issue with previous hair-colorists (I have natural red in my brunette base, and colorist dont always have the ability to get it right). The staff is always courteous and friendly. For me, Derek is the star, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to find a colorist and stylist that is talented and is always learning and keeping up with trendy looks while having mastered traditional looks.
