Have used this salon several times for acrylic Nails, fill-ins, and pedicures. I always book an appointment and never have to wait. They stick to their schedule unlike many other salons. I am always happy with the service I receive. I drive past many other nail salons in my own area (Lyndhurst/Mayfield) to get my nails done here because they do a good job, always keep my appointments and don’t overbook.

Been here 2x and happy so far. Highlights are a pedicure from Vanna. Today I had a gel fill from Paul. I appreciate the detail he took for the fill. I highly recommend the online booking feature. Gel manicures, Acrylic nails, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI received a soak off service. I’ve had plenty of these done…just not here. Usually staff checks in time to remove the top layer so the acetone can seep through all the acrylic. They checked a whole hour after so they had to leave it in for more time. The lady filed my nails super hard even knowing they’re brittle? Who does that? Everywhere I have gone, they’re very super careful as to not disrupt the nail or break it but she did not give one care. No wonder the man said the nails won’t stay for long because she worked so rough with them. After all that, they finished my service with no lotion to hydrate my hands, nails were’t even filed the same(she offered to fix it but I didn’t want them filed even harder so I declined) and also didn’t even finish the job of fully soaking off the nails. I still have acrylic left on some of my nails? So that was great. I added pictures to show the acrylic left on the nails and how dry my hands were after washing my hands with soap trying to remove all the acrylic stuck to my fingers. Not a good experience.I received a soak off service. I’ve had plenty of these done…just not here. Usually staff checks in time to remove the top layer so the acetone can seep through all the acrylic. Paul refused me service after I just called and asked about the nail service. Was very rude and told me I didn’t say I was coming I’m asking these questions for no reason. I asked him could he fill me in because it’s my birthday and he refused me service.

The pregnant lady who is the owner did my nails. I had asked her to do a pink set with one nail with white checkers. She said she could do that. She then proceeded to put black polish on after I told her not to but I let her continue. I had asked her to fix the messy mistakes and she didn’t. She also knew I was unhappy and didn’t offer anyway to make up for it. I was then charged $90 and I have to make ANOTHER nail appointment somewhere else because these are embarrassing to go out with.

Don’t go here for Dip! Started off on the wrong foot when they asked if I was a walk in but I had an appointment. They lost it. A very sweet woman took me anyway but it was clear she didn’t know what she was doing. My nails are long, it was a major problem for her. She didn’t know how to get the old dip off and it took forever. My finished nails were missing the top coat on the sides, I could still feel the powder 🙁 My nails hurt the following day. The WORST part— I just got my nails redone and my usual nail tech at my usual place couldn’t get the glue they used at La Fluer off of me!!!! It took her 40 minutes and we finally ended up deciding to jus to leave the rest on and putting new over it! They definitely used the WRONG glue and I am extremely upset! My beautiful nails will need a long time to recover from their mistake 🙁

Probably the sloppiest manicures/dip polish I have ever gotten. Not worth $62. It was my first time using this salon…I will not be returning. Dip powder

I hate to get my nails done at unfamiliar salons, I traveled to Ohio on memorial day weekend without getting my nails done in North Carolina “my home state” I had to find a place fast so I found this Gem. If I lived here I’d be a regular my nail tech was pleasant fast as a perfectionist lol takes one to know one ☺️I didn’t get her name but she had a apron on that had a Racheal but I don’t think that’s her name. My price was okay for a gel fill long length & regular paint color change on my toes $67 bucks. I love my set. Thank you La Fleur Spa

I visited this nail salon 2 weeks ago. The dip nails I had done were crooked and not filed straight. But that’s not the worst of it. I had a total knee replacement recently and my knee is really stiff. I have not had much luck with painting my toe nails. It is nearly impossible for me. I was having my toes painted and the manicurist next to me looked at my toes and literally laughed at me and said her 5 year old could paint nails better than that. I seriously couldn’t believe that a grown woman would be so mean and say something like that. I definitely won’t be going back to this salon. Maybe she was just kidding, but I took it seriously, and to make matters worse, the other manicurist next to the rude one was also making fun of me. The lady sitting next to me who was a customer said, “I didn’t even notice your nails, I thought they looked fine”.

I went in to get my acrylic nails filled which is 25$ according to the man in charge and $10 for gel. I requested a white and pink ombré and ended up paying $64 (not including tip)… my receipt said “ombré full set” even though I just got a fill and the explanation for it was that ombré costs the same for a full set and a fill, without prior notice. So that means I paid $30 for sub par ombré art. Just a PSA..
