Poor customer service, Anne is very rude and gets upset when you try to ask about your nails, she moves onto other customers and only does the nails how she likes them, not the way that you want. And if you ask her to fix them she won’t. These are my nails, I asked her to fix them and she said they look cute

I love going here! The workers are always so sweet and try their best to give you the best experience. Every time I’ve gone, my full sets have lasted such a long time and I’m not easy on my nails. Got my nails done owner was rude. Did not listen to what I was wanting done. Cus my natural nails after we told her we did not want them cut . Proceeded to put her hand in my face and not allow me to talk when all I asked was to see the color of the polish. She cut the actinic nails to short after I told her I wanted them longer. I proceeded to tell her I wanted them long as she was cutting them, she rudely said she knows what she is doing.

0/0 recommend this place the owner is so rude. I went in and said I wanted a fall color. unsure if gel or dip would be better. She goes with dip doesn’t offer me any nail extensions or anything or let me know that’d make them look better. I told her a fall color she gets a pastel green and seems annoyed I don’t like it. It doesn’t even show up on my nails so she trys a noen green I say no. I ask for a brown or somthing she gets annoyed gets the brown doesn’t get all the green off. I need to go so I pay the $40 that I could of got a whole set for. I come back the next day for her to fix them and she wants to charge me another $40 to fix them. I just told her to take them off because I wasn’t paying $80 for a manicure so I have nothing on my nails for $40.

I had my nails done on Friday before the 4th of July. By Monday one had the Polish come off. On Tuesday had it redone. Thursday it and another one came off. Will not go back

Loved my experience here!! Got the best pedicure of my life, the lady put a lot of effort into it the leg massage and made my toes look wonderful! The employees were so so nice, they appreciated the tip I left them so they upgraded my regular full set to a gel set, even right before closing. I Will definitely go back next time!
