They watch the tv while cutting customers hair and one Time my shape up got messed up because the man was so focused on the tv, Seriously how do you mess up a shape up. Really f@&$ing upset!!!! Asked for a lighter change of hair color and my hair ended up with a darker shade!!! Horrible! I initially asked if they could do it and they confirmed they can. If they knew what was to be done the should have done it. She just applied the coloring and that’s it! I could have done this myself at home! She claimed oh it didn’t come out because the girls hair in the picture was already light, dafuq smh. That’s just telling me that you knew it wasn’t going to come out as you claimed to tell me it would. Horrible horrible terrible service. Never get your hair done here. Never ever again!
