This was a very bad experience. The woman giving the mani/pedi was incredibly unfriendly and seemed pretty lost about how to conduct the service. I came in and she immediately told me to sit down, so I had to ask if I could pick my polish first, and she was pretty impatient with me.

I’m confused how this spa is still open or has any positive reviews? I called twice to inquire about appointment vs walk-in for a mani/pedi (both listed on their menu of services), but no answer. I walk over and it’s completely empty except for a woman getting maybe a foot massage? I ask the staffer whether they take walk-ins or if an appointment is required and she says “I don’t have anything; I’m sorry.” I’m honestly very confused.

I have visited this lovely Grove spa salon to accompany my wife on her first visit. To keep me busy I took a haircut. Ever since I have been coming back to do my hair, nails, and skin treatments. I have been using many well known spa outfits in Miami area, this one is different. Quality of service is always the same – exceptional. Clientele is upscale so is the owner’s attention to detail. Stylists range from local to French and Argentinian experts. If I ever want the change I don’t need to go and look for another place. La Fenice is also a fun place to visit to escape the city noise and relax. Highly recommend!

I have been getting facials with Lillian for the past 15 years and she is honestly the best facialist in Miami. I have recommended her to all my friends, and they have all become longtime loyal clients. No one knows how to handle your skin better and get the most out of it. I can not recommend her enough. The salon, is a beautiful salon in the heart of Coconut Grove with excellent service and a very welcoming atmosphere, you feel like you are family.
