I’m from Houston, but came to Las Vegas back in October and needed my nails done. Randomly found this place and was able to book same day appointment ahead of a dinner reservation. Had no clue about the gem I would find in Henderson!!! Lily is a top notch professional, was really fun to talk to and had me feeling really comfortable about the outcome of my nails. Loved my first pedicure here however second time I came I booked a volcanic pedicure and was given a basic. Not what I took time out of my day to get, was not the “spa day” i set aside for myself and was a waste of my time. Disappointed. When I pointed this out no one could even apologize just tried to rush me out the door. Did not try to make it right nothing. Rude, rushed, and don’t provide the treatment that you asked for.

Went in here for the first time for a much needed pedicure. I’m quite heat sensitive, so I was a bit nervous about the hot stones. Vanessa was so accommodating, cooling them down a bit before using them. Just wanted to express a huge thank you to her, she was so patient and did a great job! Will definitely be coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySent my 16 yo daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. She contacted me upset because the nail tech cut her not once but 3 times. She was bleeding and he used nail glue to stop the bleeding. Very unsanitary and painful. When I went to the salon and confronted him about it, he only would offer a $15 discount when frankly, it should have been free and he should have been apologizing profusely. Shockingly, this man is also the manager! Her fingers were throbbing and still bleeding when we got home.
