If you guys have only student/inexperienced barbers on duty for walk ins you absolutely have to disclose that information upfront so the customer can decide whether to wait or not. The price for a haircut is the same regardless, whether the barber is a student or not so this is very important to know. 2 hours and 45 minutes wait today. I stated what I wanted and I got a blank stare. 5 minutes later they disclosed that they were a student. I had to give my spot to someone else.

One of the workers told another client that a haircut is 25$ but i was charged 30? I even left a tip but i dont feel as if i should have… i will not be identifying the barber for protection of his job, I understand people make mistakes. But i had asked for a mid skin fade, and a light trim on the top, nothing else.. the fade ended up TOUCHING the top of my hair, and the top came out choppy and uneven in length… i am a recurring client here, i have been for years, this has been by far one of the worst jobs i have seen… i just had to go to my other barber Aaron Boop to fix this up.. lowkey disappointment in the seriousness of service.. i am a person paying for a quality service, and it was not received…

I couldn’t say enough good things about Chris and his crew. These guys are true professionals. I’ve had 5 different barbers since I’ve started going there, and have loved every cut that I have gotten. You can request an appointment for a specific barber or just walk in and get whomever is free. They do really neat designs in kids’ hairline… and even shape and trim beards. Top notch guys with top notch talent. No better place for a guy to get cleaned up! They aren’t going to give you a $10 for a 10 minute haircut…. this is a quality shop. During peak hours, it is not uncommon to wait behind 5-6 people, which is why appointments are usually best.

I took my 2 sons to get their haircut. Upon arriving I added their names to their list and was told they were next in line and should wait about 30 minutes. (This was consistent with the names on their list) I watched them allow 3 other customers to cut in line before us, over heard the conversation of one of them telling a barber to say he was next (after I watched him walk in and right his name at the bottom of the list), and upon confrontation of me mentioning them allowing people to cut in line, had another barber act like a tough guy and say “ if there’s an issue, I’ll handle it.” I’m not big on violence and feel they should follow their own system instead of threatening violence on customers in front of their children. I’m glad to see the true lack of customer service and will gratefully take my business elsewhere. I’ll be eager to see what business rents that space next.
