Critical: Professionalism, ValueThis experience happened before covid. I cut my hair here a couple of times in the past. One day I arrived about 15 minutes after closing. The neon sign was on displaying open, as well as the open sign on the door. There are no hours displayed on the door. I didn’t know it was closed at that moment. I did however see a stylist working on someone’s hair and the customer had a kid inside. So I thought the kid locked the door. I started knocking, I waited and knocked again. The stylist then with a rude loud voice shouted “WE’RE CLOSED!” while continuing to work on the customer’s hair not bothering to look up. This experience happened before covid. I cut my hair here a couple of times in the past. One day I arrived about 15 minutes after closing. The neon sign was on displaying open, as well as the open sign on the door. There are no hours displayed on the door. I didn’t know it was closed at that moment. Juanita thank you for taking care of my mom in just a short notice, I was visiting from out of town and mom really need toe nail repair she neglected her form of transportation which lots of older people do. I will make sure she visits you at least bimonthly. Great environment all friendly lady’s work here and clients are always cheerful.

The ladies are awesome. They give great customer service and are very friendly. I had a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure Sandra did was great, unfortunately i can’t say the same for the manicure. She did it in a rush. The nails are crooked, uneven and the acrylic was shaved down very uneven. I already see stress cracks on alot of the nails and I’ve only had them for 1 day. I heard alot of great things about this place, but only for the pedicures. I will not be back to so my manicures here anymore.

I have never in my life been turned away from a nail salon when I would’ve happily waited my turn. I guess they have to do great business with just appointments but wow. Was actually excited about the pricing but ridiculous. You should put a sign saying “no walk-ins” if you’re going to turn people away from your “small” salon.
