Critical: Professionalism, ValueTook my daughter to get her nails done. They talked me in to doing gel so it would stay on longer. She kept telling me that the “sanding” hurts. After we got home I figured out why. Several of her fingers were bleeding where they filed her skin. My gel looks good, I have no complaints there. But the entire thing took maybe 10 minutes. I have never been so rushed in my life. No relaxing, no “spa” element. The hand massage was more like squirt some lotion on and rub it in. I stopped going to this nail salon a long time ago because they burned me with a hot towel during a pedicure. I only came back because it was a treat from my mother in law.
