i had the pleasure of having Cristina as my nail tech @ la diva in lehigh. she was BEYOND professional, kind hearted, funny & sweet as a person, but when it came to my nails she KILLED IT! such an amazing & long lasting manicure / pedicure that has not faded or anything! cannot wait to come back to get my fill! i recommend her 1000x! I had the best experience while visiting La Diva Nails. Cristina did my pedicure and my nails. She did amazing very sweet and customer service was phenomenal. I told her I would be sending all my friends and family to come in and get services done. Don’t let the negative reviews keep you from coming here. Some folks just do it for attention.

When I found this nail salon on google and saw all the good reviews I had to check them out and I am not disappointed! My nails look amazing! And the woman who did them Natasha is a genuine sweetheart and made sure that they were done exactly as I wanted them.They made me feel welcome offered me something to drink etc definitely recommend this place!

I used to go here all the time for my manis and pedis because the location is convenient for me. When I can get Natasha she always does a great job. However the past year the quality of staff has declined drastically. Today I stopped by for a quick gel polish, I stood standing for ten minutes before I was greeted with a hello despite three nail techs who were working three feet from me and made eye contact with me when I walked in. The staff then proceeded to tell me how many staff they have and that it would be a wait. I left and received great service somewhere else. If your the type of customer who likes quality work this is not the place. Save your time, money and patience.

I am not usually one to leave a bad review but I have gone there twice now and have left in pain both times. The first time the lady was very aggressive when cleaning up the cuticles, I actually bled in one spot. With that said I didn’t go back for a while but decided to go again last week because it’s like a one minute drive from my house. Even worse experience than before. She (different lady this time) couldn’t understand me because I literally pulled my foot back and told her not to cut my nails just to file them, she smiled at me and proceeded to continue to try to cut my nails. I again pulled my foot back so she just went on to filing my nails very hard. When cleaning my cuticles she was cutting off more than she needed to. It’s been 4 days and every single toe on my feet are still sore. I just personally feel the people hired here have zero experience or have never even been certified.

First time went in for a pedicure. The girl was fast, rough, and cut me 3 times. I got up and walked out. Worst pedicure experience ever!Will never go back. Went up the road to Majestic nails ft myers great experience.

The lady who did my pedicure today was fantastic, but the lady who did my nails did not care for them or my time. It was basically rushed she charged me 80$ for a fill in an a pedicure which seems a little much. This was definitely a learning experience but I don’t recommend unless your JUST getting a pedicure. I give honest reviews and I have to say had the best experience here. My toe was killing me (hard training plus bad shoes) and Crystal made it feel so much better! Not sure who did my manicure but it turned out beautiful. Best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Thank you ladies for making me feel so much better and cute. Love it here.
