First time coming here. La Diva was very chill and welcoming. She braids fast and the braids are neat. The shop is clean and comfortable, she played gospel music all day which was cool with me. By the time I left I had a new auntie lol. It was a really nice experience and the prices are reasonable. Will be returning. Box Braids

I came in one morning to get my hair done and Diva had a family event to make it to, so she left me in the chair while I had to wait on one of her coworkers to come. Here’s the catch, I didn’t get a discount or nothing for poor customer service. I had to pay full price and wait a half hour for a coworker to come in and finish my hair. I will never spend another dollar there. I’m so disappointed.

Called a day before Thanksgiving so I wasn’t sure if I could get a same day appointment for my daughter. They must have moved locations because the new location is bigger. It was $180 for waist length braids. I always get uneasy when there are two people on one head but the braids were even and turned out great my daughter loved it.

But I don’t recommend going to this shop. I went in because it was recommended by so many people about the price but it’s not worth it. I asked for jumbo box braids and she gave me just small braids. I also asked them countless times to leave my edges(baby hair) out since I was just getting them back and they did not listen. For $200 you are supposed to get waist length braids and my braids come to the middle of my back. I will not be going back and this is the last time I will be going to a braiding shop at all. For $200 from a local braided it would have been way better.**UpdateIt’s only been about 2 days and my braids are falling out. My daughter called to inquire about possibly getting her hair braided was quoted an extremely unreasonable price for the style she wanted she was treated extremely rude while trying to explain the style she wanted and then hung up on by the stylist extremely ridiculous and unprofessional behavior my daughter is 15 years old btw and uses her own money to get her hair done she has very long curly hair and has never had it braided before the way she was treated was absolutely ridiculous. If I could I’d give her -1 star smh
