Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLaDiva is very professional, personable, she has great customer service etiquette, and does a wonderful job braiding hair. She takes her time. This was my first time coming and I will continue to come every time I need my hair braided. When I walked in right away I noticed she had her mask on, the shop is very clean and sanitized. She used disinfectant to clean the chair before I sat. I also had to keep my mask on while getting my hair braided. She takes precautions against Covid very serious. I am a lifetime customer. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe first time I went to Roberta for knotless braids I was so happy and I thought I had found my permanent braider. However I booked an appointment with her about two weeks ago and was told to call back to confirm a week later. She confirmed my 8 am appointment. Then the day before asked if we could reschedule for 12 pm. I told her I couldn’t because I needed to leave early as I’m getting box braids. She says fine can you come at 11. I said okay because I’m desperate to get my hair done. Then she has me come to an apartment complex in hazel crest because she said her shop had a fire. I had a hard time finding the place because she sent me the wrong address. She said 23 instead of 28. Whatever, she guides me and I get there. She then tells me she needs a few more minutes. At this point it’s 11:15. I wait and wait and wait and she doesn’t contact me back until 12 pm… I’m literally waiting outside of her house. It was completely unprofessional and I left.
