Kristen and the rest of the staff at La Di Da Spa are incredibly kind, caring, and genuine people! I had absolutely no experience with facials and did not really have much of a skincare regimen, but with my wedding coming up in a few months, I needed some help. I’m so glad I landed at La Di Da and found Kristen. Many places will have you pick a facial from a list of menu items and then they’ll give you a generic facial experience. Here, Kristen took the time to get to know my face and goals at a consultation, and she even had me test some products to ensure my skin reacted well to it before we considered moving forward and booking future appointments. She made it clear that any faces she works on, she treats like her own – she established so much trust in that moment. I knew she would care and help me make the best choices for my face to have glowing skin on my big wedding day. Fast forward a few months, I had multiple custom facial appointments and we used light technology to clear up some acne, work on adding moisture, and help my skin build a natural glow. I was ecstatic on my wedding day – my skin was beautiful! I’m so grateful for Kristen’s patience and true care for me, my skin, and my experience. I also loved that she was reasonable with the products she recommended, I knew the purpose of everything and I never felt like she was trying to sell anything that was not absolutely necessary. She also gave me so many samples and trial sizes when possible. I’ll continue going to Kristen for as long as she’ll have me! She is a wonderful human who shows so much empathy, especially if you are someone with a history of acne. Also, she is a bomb sugaring specialist as well! So grateful for you Kristen and the rest of the friendly faces at La Di Da!

Had a full leg sugaring with April and it was great! She made me feel comfortable, was thorough with her moulding, and explained the science behind hair growth cycles which was fascinating. This is definitely the best sugaring experience I have had… will be back for more 🙂

Love this place the staff are so sweet and helpful. The team was able to squeeze me in to get a service done which was very nice of them. Azure is wonderful for sugaring and brow tint sugaring. There is a relaxing and welcoming vibe inside very clean and prompt for appointment times.

I was traveling from Ohio and had very little time. Booked my appointment for the next day but couldn’t arrange for transportation and called them the minute the opened trying to cancel. Of course completely refused to cancel my appointment because they simply wanted to charge me anyway. I kept calling them and they simply chose not to answer because they could see my number but the second I used my husband phone they immediately answered my call. Anyway I simply ended up taking an Uber and the lady simply took off half of my eyebrows completely gone and I didn’t notice it until I got home. on top of that did only half of my face. All they cared about is taking your money! Disregarding whtever situation you are at. She could have atleast acknowledged that she by all mean ruined my eyebrows but of course why would she do that. Will never go back there. Think before you book with them because they will immediately ask for your credit card information in case you came to your senses and decided to cancel they will end up charging you anyway!!!

Hannah is the absolute best wax specialist I have ever been to! She’s so good at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable! Sugaring is 100% the best hair removal I’ve ever tried. It leaves the skin so smooth and soft and the hair doesn’t grow back as fast, dark or thick. I get the full Brazilian and even when I wait to come back at 6 weeks I still barely have any hair there. I highly recommend this spa, everyone who works there is so professional and kind, and I highly recommend Hannah for all of your waxing needs! I won’t go anywhere else!
