So I went in a few days ago to get my nails done. I made an appointment for 5:45 and asked for price before arriving. The lady who answered the phone asked if I can do 5:30 and told her that I would try but still to put me for 5:45 and she was okay with it. I arrived about 5:36 so earlier than my appointment; but the lady instant mentioned that it was at 5:30 my appointment which I answered that it was actually at 5:45. That not even being the problem it was later on when I showed her what I wanted and she said that with dip powder she would do my designs to which after the first dip on all 5 she wasn’t sure how to continue and I asked her to do it in acrylic like I had initially asked over the phone. She was getting upset and so was I since after trying with acrylic colors and still she was unable to get my desired design. She had mentioned it would be more for the obré. At the end she had to remove 4 of the already acrylic put in because she didn’t like it or I did. She didn’t even clean out my cuticles and I ended up just getting pink clear acrylic no design and she still charged me the price she said she would charge for the obré she couldn’t do. I would add that she gave me a 15% as they are having a discount for the holidays but still was the same price as the obré.

My sister in law and I came to get acrylic nails the manger was going to. Do my sister in laws nails and after gluing her nails. We noticed she filed down too much and her nail was in so much pain then she said she would be back in 15 minutes and didn’t come back for 2 hours. The other lady helped me take off my nails that were soaking off she was super nice. We will never go back. The drill bits the manager used were so dirty. She didn’t wash her hands after doing a pedicure. That is a health hazard. The owner should do something about this. The lady need to go back to school and learn to file nails with out filing all the layers and the lady was giving prices with out seeing what I want .DONT COME HERE ITS A SCAM

Every time I go over there I make a appointment they always make me wait almost 1 hour. Me and my sister went today with a appointment had to wait when I started my pedicure the water was so hot it felt like my feet were burning. I had to tell her to cool it down, after everything we were going to get are eyebrows waxed and they were rushed. It wasn’t a enjoyable experience.

Nancy has done my nails twice and I’m very happy with her quality of work … I’m very picky about my nails.. for February I showed her how I wanted them and she hand drew the hearts on my nails. The workers seemed disorganized and some didn’t know how to shape nails properly. I should have taken one of the girls seriously when I was waiting and a girl was huffing and puffing because she didn’t like her nails.
