La Cuts works for me…Marilyn gave me a fabulous trim! She politely listened to my preferences; and competently did exactly as I requested. I couldn’t be happier with my cut…Even received a super nice compliment from a stranger yesterday (smile).. “Great Hair!”. I’ve been before and haven’t had the best experience but I needed to get my son a quick cut before we went out of town. I got there right at 9 and saw a lady opening the door. Waited a few mins and signed in at 9:06, there was one girl waiting. As I walked in so did a stylist. That stylist got the girl waiting, who I think had an appointment with her. BTW, no good morning, hi how are you, we will be right with you… the stylist did not tell the other stylist in the back that we were waiting. We sat there for 15 mins and a lady with some kids walked in and signed in. They stylist in the back (the lady who opened the door) came out and got her!? The stylist who walked in as I did didn’t even try and tell her we’ve been waiting. Let’s say they had an apt worth the stylist who was in the back… if she would have come out when we got there she would have been done with my sons easy buzz cut before this lady even got there. Very poor customer service and I will not be back.

It’s hard to find places that should at open later on weekdays that don’t disappoint. La’ Cuts has reasonable prices for the whole family and is located in a good spot near I-12. Ask for Marilyn and when you do be sure to have her wash your hair. You won’t regret it.

Marilyn is the best men’s stylist that I have found on the Northshore. She charged me 15 bucks, but I gave her 25. She’s worth much more.

This is a pretty decent place to get a boys cut, but I can’t seem to establish what the true hours of operation are. I try to call and the voicemail box is always full. There are no hours posted on the store front either. Does anyone know the true hours of the location?
