Horrible treatment of patients. They demanded I wear a mask (did not tell me this when booking) and when I said I didn’t have one, it was suggested I return home to get one or go buy one. When I asked for a mask I was told “We do not have masks for patients”. Okay Karen. I had just left Oschner prior to my appointment where masks were not required. But this shack of a facility does? Get out.

Would not let me bring my breastfeeding infant. I have been to the dentist, message appointments, doctor appointments all with my child. I felt so unsupported as a mother. I had scheduled the appointment specifically during nap time and he was so quiet and secure in his carrier. Very unprofessional and rude.
