Positive: Professionalism, QualityI got an incredibly relaxing massage and facial done yesterday.The service providers were very kind and accommodating. The atmosphere was the most serene and welcoming. I have also gotten my eyebrows done there before and they always come out perfectly shaped. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been a devoted client for over 15 years. I would not consider going anywhere else. Management and staff are professional, highly skilled, friendly and accommodating. Once a month, Ilene tints my brows and does my ear candling, she is an expert, providing me with expert care. Blanca does an amazing job with my pedicure and Katlynn is a very talented stylist, whether it is a cut, color or a Brazilian straightening process. I have been a devoted client for over 15 years. I would not consider going anywhere else. Management and staff are professional, highly skilled, friendly and accommodating. Once a month, Ilene tints my brows and does my ear candling, she is an expert, providing me with expert care. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have actually supported LaClinica day spa for almost 20 years ( working with different estheticians that have come and gone). My services typically consist of waxing. Over the past 2 years, I have made every effort to communicate and reconcile differences related to primarily professionalism with management but to no avail, I receive passive aggressive treatment. On yesterday, I thanked the esthetician for a decent quality of service and she ignored me. She walked to the front desk, dropped the ticket off and walked back to her area with her nose in the air. Wow, these older women ( lacking wisdom) gossip and hold on to ‘nothing’ as opposed to valuing customer support, particularly during a pandemic. I’m officially done, a good quality of service needs to match customer service for ALL clients and stay consistent through the years. Critical: ProfessionalismEverything is lovely. Easy parking, nice layout, soothing, understated decor and some talented technicians… but I don’t understand the lack of courtesy and professionalism. The woman who washed my hair seemed bothered. There was no offer of a bev, no assuring that I was comfortable..nothing . Then she did not meet my request for 2 washes and a moisturizing conditioner. I had to ask that that service be redone by another. Then the gentleman who did the blow dry got into unpleasant controversial opinions about politics.This was not what I expected in a salon. ) :Especially after sheltering at home for a long long time. Everything is lovely. Easy parking, nice layout, soothing, understated decor and some talented technicians… but I don’t understand the lack of courtesy and professionalism.
