Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was visiting the area and needed my natural hair trimmed. I called this salon this morning and was told to come in. Literally within 10-15 mins after arrival, I was sitting in Claressa’s chair. I can not comment enough about Claressa…professional, knowledgeable about hair and concerned about what the customer wants, and most of all…she loves the Lord. 5 thumbs up for this sweet soul. I was visiting the area and needed my natural hair trimmed. I called this salon this morning and was told to come in. Literally within 10-15 mins after arrival, I was sitting in Claressa’s chair. I can not comment enough about Claressa…professional, knowledgeable about hair and concerned about what the customer wants, and most of all…she loves the Lord. 5 thumbs up for this sweet soul. Critical: Professionalismi called several times with no answer before i decided to go up to the shop. I really needed my hair done, when i walked in the shop was EMPTY . I saw 4 hairstylists standing around, i asked could i get my hair done…1 looked at another she shook her head No. They said they had no room for walkins today and said Nothing else!
