Critical: ValueI called before I went and I was quoted 40-50$ to get dip on my nails with tips (fake nails). Once I got there and was soaking my previous nails off he told me it would be $70 for dip and tips. I thought that was a ridiculous price so I wound up just getting dip with no fake nails for 55$. The guy doing my nails also talked me out of getting tips and seemed like he didn’t want to do them. I also looked on their sign and saw no where on the sign where the price was even close to $70. I called before I went and I was quoted 40-50$ to get dip on my nails with tips (fake nails). Once I got there and was soaking my previous nails off he told me it would be $70 for dip and tips. I thought that was a ridiculous price so I wound up just getting dip with no fake nails for 55$. The guy doing my nails also talked me out of getting tips and seemed like he didn’t want to do them. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe employee was very rude and was very unprofessional. I had my baby with me and he told me to take her outside because people are trying to relax, I understand that but when u tell someone that in a rude manner it makes you get a little frustrated with your company. She wasn’t being loud or fussy she was talking and he said that. Also my nails were horrible looking. I had two other people in my party and they were all very disappointed. The employee was very rude and was very unprofessional. I had my baby with me and he told me to take her outside because people are trying to relax, I understand that but when u tell someone that in a rude manner it makes you get a little frustrated with your company. Cost unbelievably reasonable services amazing entered with very festive beautifully decorated and dressed spa and employees, offered a glass of wine, wonderful volcano pedicure.
