This was my first appointment at this nail salon and sadly I was running late so I called to apologize. Was told, “No problem, see you in 20 min.” I was so pleased they were still willing to accommodate my appointment! I enjoyed chatting with Jennifer while she worked quickly and very efficiently on my nails. Such an enjoyable experience, I will definitely recommend and return!

My husband and I just moved to the area and stopped in hoping to get pedicures (and a manicure for me) after a long week of unpacking and yard work. To their credit, they squeezed us in without an appointment, the lady who did my nails was very friendly, & our basic needs were met so that I wasn’t walking around with calloused feet and potting soil under my nails. The place seemed clean enough, though certainly not upscale by any means (frayed towels, for example). For 2 pedicures and 1 manicure (regular polish), we paid $85 before tipping.

Critical: QualitySo disappointed in how my nails turned out. I saw the owner Jimmy and all I can say is this is a awful rushed job. My last picture is what I wanted I asked for black French with a solid nail and he did all French. He only used one coat of black polish so they look like they are a dark blue. The polish isn’t even And is very blotchy. I paid $70 for the set and now I am mediately have to drive somewhere else to get them re-done. So disappointed in how my nails turned out. I saw the owner Jimmy and all I can say is this is a awful rushed job. My last picture is what I wanted I asked for black French with a solid nail and he did all French. He only used one coat of black polish so they look like they are a dark blue. I got my nails done with mood nail polish she picked color for $32.00 and i gave $5.00 tip. Your polish changes with body heat in your hands i suppose. It sort changed to darker blue a little bit. I would not go back to this place, the manager was rude. She wants you to spend a lot of money. They say she is the owner, i question that? The customers feet were very dirty that were getting pedicures. I did not get a good feeling about it.

I had an appointment at 1:30 pm, and they made me sit an extra hour, not being able to get my nails done til 2:30… the time management here is ridiculous?! Being that I had a wedding to get ready for and leave at 4:30 I would have at least had time in that hour I sat there to find a new location to get my nails done. I understand them being understaffed on a holiday weekend, but communication here would’ve been key, or at least saying they were over-booked. I ended up having to leave, waiting an hour for no reason. Don’t waist your time here.

They do good nails! But if you become a regular they get greedy! The price of my nails just kept going up. What eventually turned me off was Jen said to me call boyfriend pay and then said you use boyfriend for money and at that point I was done. Yes my man spoils me and it’s none of her business ! She got wayyyy to comfortable ! NEVER LOSE YOUR PROFESSIONALISM! I won’t even get into how they tried to charge me 10$ for a nail break after just getting it done 5 days before.Then the we want cash only for acrylic sets was another annoying issue! NEVER again will I step foot in that door and spend a penny of my money there. I recently moved to the area and I chose this shop because of the 4+ rating, but quickly learned that it was not deserving of such a rating, especially not the way the owner treated me. To begin with, the nail tech did not do the best job on my nails. They looked nice the day she did them, but after only two days, my gel polish was chipping and by the following day, three of my nails broke and two more cracked deep on my nail. I understand that that no nail tech can guarantee that your nails won’t chip or break just because you use gel polish, but in all the years that I’ve been getting my nails done, my nails have never broken and chipped like that after only two days. So I decided to go back and they agreed to fix it. Now because my nails were shorter, I asked if they could just put a clear polish instead of the color I previously had. The owner came over and said it could not be done, I’d have to pay for a color change and that was the policy. I asked how different it is whether they put new coats of the previous polish or if they simply put clear and he began to get loud repeating that that was the policy and they could take it off and give me a refund. At that point, I was annoyed and agreed so that I could leave. Once I was finished and sitting down waiting for my refund, the owner came over and stood in front of me and handed me $10. This was clearly not a full refund after they had just taken the polish off and left me with nothing. As I tried to explain that to him, he stepped closer to me with his hand up and again argued a point that was completely irrelevant to the poor service I received. I told him that I didn’t like it and to please back up. When I pointed out that he was being disrespectful because he kept talking over me, he said “We’re all friends here. These are my customers. This is a small town and they all know me.” I began to get his drift and realize that he was trying to tell me that I didn’t belong there. I understood clearly the point he was trying to get across. I don’t like to be anywhere that I’m not welcome and I will not return. Poorly skilled technician, poor service…no second chances there.
