We have been servicing the Attleboro and surrounding areas since 1974. As a young girl my dream was to make a difference in people’s lives by touching them with the talent I have. Doing hair was magical for me. Seeing the look on my clients faces when I transformed them and what it did for their confidence and spirit was so rewarding. A Great experience. Very nice salon. I had a cut, color and highlights that came out looking beautiful. Easy accessibility. I use a walker and/or wheelchair and no problem getting lnto front door and around inside salon. I made a return appointment before I left.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was there for the 1st time getting my hair done Because I heard good reviews about this place. I asked the technician Teresa that I wanted highlights on my hair she mentioned it can be done even though I was growing out a semi-permanent dye put in a while ago. Nevertheless, she’s the professional so I let her do my hair. Needless to say I walked out of there with different color partially in my hair, upset and $150 out of pocket. I realize that my different color shades was worse in the light so I called back to see if she can fix it since that was not what I originally asked for. She said ok and will not charge me, so we booked the appt for a Saturday I called on Friday to confirm at 2:35pm and was told we were still on for 10am and again she will not charge me the visit.I come in Saturday and Theresa comes up to me and my mother and says I can’t take you the appt. was for 8:30am…..we were like what seriously I am being punked. She booked herself and now was acting as if she told us one time …we confirmed the day before. Honestly was I speaking to her twin sister. I demanded to get my refund and I did. I was there for the 1st time getting my hair done Because I heard good reviews about this place. I asked the technician Teresa that I wanted highlights on my hair she mentioned it can be done even though I was growing out a semi-permanent dye put in a while ago. Her knowledge and interest in my hair created a super cut. She helped me devise a plan for the next appointment. They also do nails! FYI- only cash tips.

I hadn’t been to a salon in 15 years, and Autumn the stylist couldn’t do a better job if she tried. I wanted my hair a very vivid dark purple, something I’ve wanted for 15 years. When trying to find that purple was impossible. Autumn created a dark purple to die for. I can’t recommend this salon enough! The staff is super, and I will go back in 6 weeks to keep the color going. If there were 6 stars, I would give La Cave Suzanne all of them!
