Horrible customer service, I called a day before to confirm my appointment it wasn’t saved in the data base. I get to my appointment and the hair stylist for hairdo had left , i had to wait 45 min, until she arrived and not only did she have a horrible attitude she kept on chatting with coworkers about the prior night , how they got all wasted. She left my hair stiff, full of cheap hair spry, when i specifically asked If my hairdo was going to smooth and clean. And i still paid for such a horrible service.
