The last time we went she refused my pregnant friend a seat even though the chairs were empty. Possibly because there were several people waiting and she probably didn’t want someone else waiting. Before that at a different visit, she forced my friend to pay cash even though they except credit card. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wonder if she is the owner. If not she should be fired immediately. Never ever going there!

Honestly, I wish I can give ZERO stars. She does not deserve any positive reviews at all. She is so rude, unprofessional, and inconsistent. She will tell you one thing on the phone, and when you go to her store in person, she will tell you a completely different thing. You will just realize that you have wasted your precious time. Yesterday, I called her asking her what time she closes because I wanted to come in for eyebrow threading. The lady tells me 7pm. So, I arrived there around 6pm, mind you, she had already locked her door indicating that she was closed. She was still inside with only about 4 other customers ahead of me. I had no problem with that and was willing to wait. She told me that she was closed and was no longer taking customers at that time. If there was a certain time that she stops taking customers before her closing time, she had failed to advise me that on the phone. Also, on Francis Scott Key Mall’s website, it says that her store closes at 9pm on Friday, which is clearly FALSE INFORMATION. I was so upset because I was misled. She was so rude and did not even want to take me. I have also been a client there for years and even tip her sometimes. However, this will be the VERY last time that I will ever go to her and I will tell ALLLLLL of my friends and family members to stop coming to her. If you are reading this, don’t even bother yourself trying to go to her, ESPECIALLY if you have a busy schedule like me. You will learn that you have wasted your time. I will take my money somewhere else going forward.

I normally do not write bad reviews about establishments, but my wife’s experience at La Biotique prompted me to write this review. My wife had called this establishment before arriving and was told that they do not accept appointments and that she should come and they would fit her in. However, when she arrived, there were 3 individuals ahead of her and she decided to wait. No one greeted her, and when it was her turn, they said rudely that she would need an appointment and that they would not be able to help her that day. I am not sure if it had anything to do with my wife’s race how she was treated but this is unacceptable. My wife will not be coming back to this establishment again, but I was asked to share her experience so that others may know.

They are located in Francis key mall. It’s Just $10 for my eyebrows to be threaded. Was quick & easy took only about 5 min. Never been so happy with a threading before. This been best place I’ve gone too.

Positive: ProfessionalismGot my eyebrows done and she did a great job, exactly how I wanted them. I asked her to just clean them up but keep them thick and that’s exactly what she did! I will be going back here from now on to get my eyebrows threaded. Great prices as well. $12 for brows!

Not a good place to get eyelash extensions.. they applied them completely wrong and I was in pain. No I did not have an allergic reaction to them. I had to go to urgent care to see if they could get them off which they could not. Then I had to find a place that does remove them because they don’t. And when I went the girl said “ they did this completely wrong”. I’m am so mad. About this whole situation.
