I would’ve given a 4 had I waited for the woman that normally does my eyebrows. She was off and I needed them done. Should’ve waited. Went back the next day and the woman that did them fixed the issue. So 3 stars are warranted.

Please if you have nice healthy brows don’t go to this place they totally ruined my brows. I got a tint and threading done when the tint came off. I literally had no eye brows they apply the tint then threaded it so u cant see that they are removing all your hair until afterwards. Will not go back worst experience. Then my original shape is gone and I’m struggling to grow my hair back. Please beware!

The youngest girl with the long her is the worst! She is way to rough and actually made me bleed. I walked in today and saw her there decided to give it another chance waited for about 30min and then when it was my turn she said sorry I don’t have time to do a tint. I seriously spent 30min sitting there waiting for no reason! I like the other ladies super nice.

I’ve been coming here for years! They do an amazing job everytime I come, whether it’s to get my brows done or have them apply henna using beautiful designs. Over all, great prices, great quality, along with a short wait time. Definitely recommended!

I’ve been here upwards of 5 or 6 times and every time the service is great and everyone is really sweet. I always get my lashes done by Nora and I love them every single time, she always does what I ask and gets them done quickly compared to other places here. The atmosphere is very fun and welcoming and if you wanna spark up a conversation they’ll be happy to talk to you, and as long as you actively communicate what you want done rather than showing one picture, you’ll get exactly what you wanted❤️

The only reason they get one star is because I had to in order to post a review. I have been going to this place for years to get my eyebrows done. They recently got all new staff and they are AWFUL!!! I had the most inexperienced, incompetent worker EVER! My eyebrows have NEVER looked like this in my life!!! This girl botched and slaughtered my eyebrows so thin and even!!! I am sooooo angry!! Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for them to fully grow in and hope that they do!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

I will NEVER come back here again! I went to get my eyebrows threaded & tinted for my birthday. I got them done by someone named Mariam or Maryam that works there. At first I thought everything was fine my eyebrows looked fine. I wasn’t all the way satisfied at first but I was okay. After my tint fades away my eyebrows are totally uneven. My right eyebrow is lower & way thinner than the other. I go in to tell her how she messed up my eyebrows. She tries to give me excuse after excuse & even went to say that’s how your eyebrows are. I never had one eyebrow way thinner than the other! It was the lack of responsibility for me! All I wanted was my money back & they failed to do that! She told me I needed to call this 800 number. Which I did & it continuously says they are busy assisting other customers. I believe the number is a fake number for them not to hold themselves accountable for their failures. I will never come back there again. Horrible customer service & lack of responsibility for this horrible eyebrow disaster! They deserve no stars at all! Botched my eyebrows & failed to give me a refund & gave me a fake customer service number! Absolutely the worse!!!

I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and recently I have had one of the best experiences. A worker by the name Kay did an excellent job on my eyebrows. I tell whoever does my eyebrows every single time to keep them thick and full. She excelled all the while maintaining an even shape! Loved them!
