first of all of these negative comments about “Hind” are very wrong. I think Hind does a wonderful job with my eyebrows. The only reason why I come to this place is because of Hind. I bring all my friends here to Hind only because, she does the best threading out of all of the people who work there! I definitely recommend her. If you ever come make sure you ask for Hind.

So my eyebrows look AMAZING!!!!! BUT these are my concerns/complaints whenever I go in their credit card machine is not working which isn’t a big deal what is a big deal is they never have change I just think it’s a bad business practice that if they are accepting cash they should have change I walked out and they got a 60 percent tip. Double what I was going to give them. I would have liked to been able to choose my own tip percentage. My eyebrows are amazing just don’t go unless you have exact change including the tip. Another reason I’m only giving them 3 stars is because she didn’t change the thread between customers she used the same thread for 3 people I’m not an aesthetician but I think that’s not sanitary.

THIS LADY ANNIHILATED MY EYE BROWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can’t even look in the mirror 🙁 there’s NO shape at all whatsoever! I have no idea what she was thinking. I’m devastated. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I had to give to leave this review!! I should have left when I realized 1. Her salon was EMPTY & 2. Her eyebrows here drawn on because she had NONE.

My eyebrow was a lady named Hind. She did such a terrible job even after I told her for a couple minutes that I DO NOT want my brows thinned out. On top of that she was being super rude to me for pointing out the mistake. I’ve never received such a terrible service. Even when I didn’t tip her she huffed and puffed about it.

Walked in 20 min before close and sat down as someone else had just sat down in the chair for their turn and was told they were closed. When I pointed out they close at 7 I was told she needed to do their closing duties so she couldn’t take me…closing duties are for after your closed. I normally don’t go that late but would have over tipped because of the time but I was turned away.

Afraa is amazing! I’ve been getting my brows threaded with her over the past few years and she’s always happy! I used to get them waxed and they’d always be uneven or too thin but she’s got shaping down to an art. Thanks for always being so kind and making it a great experience 🙂

I absolutely will not go anywhere else. I usually try to make it in on the days were Nola‘s in because she does such a great clean job on my eyebrows. I do come in looking like a hairy mess and she always cleans them up and checks to make sure that they’re the way that I like! Thank you Nola!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have never been so disappointed in my eyebrows. I specifically walked in there and had asked her to just clean them up and leave my tails completely alone. I mentioned that I didn’t care if it didn’t look “clean”, I would tweeze the unwanted hairs when I got home. And she completely disregarded what I had to say and threaded my entire tail off. The first photo was five months worth of growth and then I had them laminated to shape them how I wanted. And the after photo is just so discouraging. I just cried in my car because she just did not listen to a word I said and made my eyebrow completely flat. Never again, this has happened three times and I just thought I would give them the benefit of doubt and try again .
