I came in with a crazy design and they did a wonderful job! They made sure the person doing the design had it right and were so nice. First time for both me and my friend. I ask for regular standard dip and my friend got tips with dip. We were in there over 3 hours the lady cut me twice on my hands and just chewed up the skin around my nails with the clippers leaving bits hanging. She also left dip color all over my fingers. Not a good experience for me. My friend ask for dip tips with matte color and shine tips. The first tech had no idea what she was doing and kept saying she was doing what she ask for. (She wasn’t). They switched techs and the new one just layered some gel polish on the tips after dipping. Her lines were very sloppy and she left globs of polish on the nails making them bumpy. It was not at all what she had ask for even though she was very clear , clarifying in between what she wanted with a picture to go with it. All around bad experience for both of us, will not be back.

My daughter and I went to this salon and asked for a pedicure… We both decided on the basic pedicure for $27 – the #12. Ladies were nice and pedicure was fine but when I went to pay they charged us $90. I just handed them my card, added a nice tip and then turned to walk away. I immediately realized what had happened and turned to the lady and said… ‘wait that was way too much… it should have been $54’…. She acted like she thought we wanted the ‘Milk and Honey’ pedicure and it was $45 each. Totally my fault for not realizing when I paid but they didn’t offer to refund anything – not sure they would have even known how to process a refund. I didn’t want to argue and it was late. After a nights sleep the whole ordeal just makes me mad… we were both very clear in what we asked for and I was talking and distracted when I handed her my card. Uggg… I feel like they should have immediately offered a solution.

I feel bad writing this review. The first couple of times I went to this shop the people were friendly and attentive and I got exactly what I wanted. The last three times I have been I have been rushed through, handled roughly, and my nails have been uneven and under groomed for the price paid for them. I’m very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Cut on my right pointer is from the dremel, along with all of the peeling and roughness around my cuticles.
