I ended up having to dye my hair dark brown and got my hair cut. He still made me pay for the hair color and said he was doing me a favor by not charging the hair cut. Nice salon experience, skilled hairstylists, and reasonable prices. Ask for Soyo if you want a younger, hipper hairstyle. Always make an appointment in advance. Plenty of parking underground if the surface level is packed!
