La Belle Nails was established in Lake Oswego, OR in 2001. The vision was to create beautiful spaces where people could come to unwind and relax and leave feeling beautiful and confident. We offers several services for many of your beauty needs, from your manicures and pedicures to your waxing and facial needs. At all locations, the La Belle staff is dedicated to providing clients with the absolute best in customer service, flawless technique and unsurpassed sanitation processes to protect each client’s health and well being. This is our fourth location and excited to service customers here in Beaverton. Our other locations are located in Timberland Shopping Center in Beaverton, Palisades and Boones Ferry in Lake Oswego.

Salon was clean. They insisted our reservation was 30 minutes prior to when we came, though it was confirmed for the time we showed up. 3 pedi’s where $155. No scrub, no wax, or anything else listed as their advanced pedicure. The so called flower on my toe is a joke. No drink offered. The only thing good here was the massage from the chair.

I’ve been to this location of La Belle twice, and have had wonderful service on both occasions. While I can’t remember the young woman’s name from my first visit, this week I visited and saw Leann. She was very attentive and did not rush through the application of my shellac manicure (unlike the woman I saw at the Timberland location recently).

Critical: Professionalism, QualityEmployee suggested I try the dip manicure vs. shellac due to the length of time it lasts and the ease of removal. Worse idea ever! The employee started by shaving down the top layer of my natural nail. After dip was applied it was so thick, resembling an acrylic nail, she again used the drill and went so far down by the cuticle that she created a deep ridge into my natural nail. I explained I was unhappy with the look of the nail during my appt and they completely ignored me. The manager even came over and asked me if I was trying to tell the employee something to which I again explained I wasn’t happy and he simply walked away.
