HORRIBLE. I got Gel and it stuck to my skin!! When I complained they acted like I was crazy and that they were right. The gel polish was thick on some sides and thick on the cuticle area. The girl cut me because she was rushing. She used a cuticle remover and made my middle finger bleed! She peeled my skin. I paid $30 to be cut. Do not go here!!! I am telling you.

I walked in because I was in the area there were 2 Caucasian lady 1 was getting her nails done and the other was just standing there, a guy asked me can he help me I stated “I just need my eyebrows done” he immediately said “ I can’t do it I have 1 person ahead of you” never asked do I mind waiting in which I honestly didn’t because I was in no rush by the way the place was completely empty by the 2 ladies

I’m usually a regular here, and never used to have any issues. Lately the staff has become rude, and absolutely just lazy. Their prices have got ridiculously high. I’ve been twice in the same month. First time I went for a filling. Sat there for an hour, only for them to take someone who walked in an hour after I had already been sitting there!!!! Went back just for my eyebrows to be waxed, only for them to look me in my face and say not right now. They have no issue turning away business, and being rude about it. I will not return ever again.

Every time I go I’m waiting for a very long time and they don’t even acknowledge that I’m there. This last time I had an appointment scheduled! They asked me to sign in and wait. I was waiting for approx 40 minutes. Some couple walked in and it seemed as if they were seen first without an appointment. My nails are terrible! I typically just get gel manicures but this time I got a full set. Also soso overpriced for terrible quality. Never again. I went in to get my nails dipped. This is supposed to last 3-4 weeks. After 6 days, my nails started coming off. I went a week and half later (that’s the next time I was able to) to have them re-do my nails. The owner never bother to clean up my cuticles so the outcome of my re-do looked terrible. Totally sloppy and just looked unprofessional. The salon is beautiful but they don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t waste you time and money.
